APRIL SHOWERS BRING………………………WELL……MAY!

Just when you think we have had enough rain……………..it keeps pouring, and not solely in precipitation form, but also leaking through the media umbrellas. Troops being "sent home" daily from the Middle East, Internet manipulators cloning our everyday monetary move$, Water ways and co-existing wildlife being contaminated, Politicians …………well no explanations needed here……………being Politicians, Global warming (shhhh), children killing children, children having children, and…………………….UGH! No matter how you dry yourself off, all of this has the genetic make-up of either being a really great music video and / or becoming a great single released by one of the world's most influential / controversial bands (you know who you are)!

How is this important in the music business, one might ask? Well it's not…………..if you listen to instrumentals all day, while dusting off your plastic-covered furniture in your perfect little world! But for the influential, highly trained musicians, and the ones that hang on every lick, it is simply the basic landscaping for a life long, lucrative career and lunch with the President.

Having said that I am NOT indicating that all musicians seek praise from and / or lunch with the President, I am noting that all respected musicians should one day meet with all world dignitaries to share their visions and concerns!

And one artist at a time CAN and WILL make the difference!

With CD releases being booked, video applications being filled out, and videos, no matter how expensive, hitting IPOD screens everywhere - We are still alive and kickin' and keeping the word out there.
